  A publicly verifiable signer identity on the wire for content provenance. Give every
  C2PA signer — a newsroom, a stringer, an in-camera module, an AI agent — an identity it
  can prove and no one can forge: a routable IPv6 /128 derived from the signer key it
  already holds, DNSSEC-anchored, DANE-EE pinned, RDAP-registered, verifiable by anyone
  with dig. So "unknown source" becomes "verified by your domain" — no Trust List to join,
  no per-cert toll — and one revoke kills a compromised signer at DNS-TTL. The docs and the
